Sunday 22Jan12 -- thus anything after your last mailing on Saturday 21Jan12 will need to be at the new rate.

USPS said last month it wanted to raise postal rates by 2.1% this January, a rate allowed by its price cap. New shipping prices – for the Postal Service’s competitive products – are expected to be announced later this month, to take affect January 22, 2012.
