I was going to implement your service but I didn't realize that it appears that anyone in the world could answer the FAQ / Question part. Is this the case? Anyone can answer? That wouldn't work or me. I just want my employees to be able to answer. Please let me know if this is the case.

By default, anyone can answer, but in your Dashboard on Degree3.com, you can go to your site's Settings and set it so only Administrators can answer. Hope this helps!
