How do I reset my password?

From your cPanel, just click on the link on the left hand side of the page to "change password". To change your password you will need to know the old password as well. If you do not remember the old password you can contact Siteocity Support ( https://support.siteocity.com/submitticket.php) and we will gladly reset it for you.
